Who is Chuck?

Chuck Borges served nearly 23 years in the US Navy, moving to Southern Maryland for Test Pilot School in 2005. As a disabled Veteran, Chuck worked as a civil servant in federal technology at GSA, OMB, CDC, and most recently at Social Security, where he stood up to DOGE to keep your data safe. Chuck has worked his entire life to protect the public, find solutions to its most pressing problems, and stand up for people and ethical leadership.
